Blue Zones Kitchen has secured distribution across Harris Teeter's 250-location footprint, marking the latest expansion for the plant-based frozen meal brand. The meals, priced at $8.49 per bowl, are built around dietary principles from the world's Blue Zones—regions known for populations with exceptional longevity. Co-founded by National Geographic explorer and Blue Zones researcher Dan Buettner, the brand sources farm-grown ingredients and flash-freezes them at peak freshness.

Product Lineup Harris Teeter customers will have access to three offerings: Burrito Bowl, Sesame Ginger Bowl, and Basil Pesto Veggie Bowl. Each bowl contains fiber-rich beans, vegetables, grains, herbs, and spices, and is formulated without industrial seed oils, fillers, or artificial ingredients.

Broader Retail Presence The Harris Teeter placement follows existing distribution at Whole Foods, Sprouts, Publix, Target, and Albertsons banners. The brand positions its meals as a convenient freezer-aisle option for consumers seeking whole-food, plant-forward eating patterns without extended prep time.
