Wing Sauce Flavors Hit the Snack Aisle Pringles and Buffalo Wild Wings are bringing three of the sports bar chain's signature wing sauces to stackable crisps, marking Pringles' first flavor collaboration with a national restaurant brand in more than five years. The lineup includes three flavors: Parmesan Garlic (described as "the MVP of savory snacking, featuring a tangy citrus note followed by aged parmesan, roasted garlic, Italian herbs and a hint of red spice"), Medium Buffalo ("tangy Buffalo flavor with cayenne heat and a smooth buttery finish"), and Asian Zing ("sweet heat with notes of tanginess from rice vinegar, followed by heat from chili peppers and balanced with a hint of soy sauce and ginger").
Rollout and Retail The crisps will be available at select retailers starting in July, expanding nationwide in September, with a suggested retail price of $2.69 per can. Consumers can find products and store locators at Pringles.com.
The Partnership Angle "When two brands that are synonymous with game day and flavor come together, fans expect something big," said Mauricio Jenkins, Salty Snacks Brand & Content Lead, Mars Snacking North America. "We've taken the unmistakable flavors people love from Buffalo Wild Wings and packed them into our iconic stackable crisps, creating a lineup that's made for every kickoff, watch party and tailgate." Trastan Meline, Brand President of Buffalo Wild Wings, said the partnership captures "the bold taste fans know and love from B-Dubs. It's a fun way to introduce new consumers to the brand and invite them to experience our legendary flavors firsthand."
Why It Matters
For snack retailers and foodservice operators, the tie-up represents a significant co-brand opportunity during peak football season. The partnership extends Buffalo Wild Wings' off-premise presence beyond its restaurant walls and its growing Buffalo Wild Wings GO delivery channel, while Pringles gains access to a customer base already invested in wings-forward flavor profiles.
