Sauce Lineup Debuts at Major Retailers Momofuku Goods announced the launch of five new cooking sauces, its largest product expansion to date. The collection—developed by Chef David Chang and the Momofuku Culinary Lab—brings recipes inspired by Momofuku restaurants into home kitchens, retailing for $7.99–$8.99 per bottle. The lineup includes Chili Crunch Sauce (a smooth, pourable version of the brand's signature product), Momoyaki Sauce (a savory take on teriyaki), Sweet & Spicy Sauce (gochujang-forward), Sweet & Sour Sauce (vinegar and ginger-based), and Miso Ginger Sauce (inspired by Momofuku's galbi marinade). Each sauce is designed for multiple cooking stages: marinating, glazing, stir-frying, dipping, and finishing. The products will roll out over the coming months to Whole Foods Market, Sprouts, Albertsons, Target, Publix, HEB, HyVee, Amazon, and shop.momofuku.com.

Food Truck Tour Kicks Off September 23 Momofuku Goods is launching the "Drizzle + Drip" food truck tour in partnership with functional soda brand OLIPOP, visiting Boston (Sept. 23–27), Dallas (Oct. 7–11), and Los Angeles (Oct. 21–25). Visitors can sample all five sauce flavors and OLIPOP's limited-time Caramel Apple soda, which combines green apple with buttery caramel notes, contains 3 grams of sugar, and delivers high fiber. The tour will feature exclusive giveaways from South Korean retailer OLIVE YOUNG, interactive photo opportunities, and a charm bar experience.

Why It Matters

Momofuku Goods, already stocked in over 13,000 stores nationwide, is extending its reach into the competitive cooking-sauce category with restaurant-validated recipes. The multi-city activation blends product sampling with social-media-friendly moments, a strategy increasingly common among CPG brands seeking traction with younger home cooks.
