Figure Ate Foods has launched two pantry staples focused on regenerative agriculture: grass-fed beef biltong and naturally fermented persimmon vinegar.

Beef Biltong The biltong is available in Original and Spiced varieties at $11.99 for a 2-ounce serving.

Made from 100% grass-fed, regeneratively raised beef sourced from partner ranches, the product is free from hormones and antibiotics, contains zero sugar, and contains no artificial ingredients. The beef is marinated in persimmon vinegar, which the company says delivers a rich, savory flavor and tender texture. According to the company, the ranches supplying the beef are "committed to restoring soil health, protecting biodiversity, and supporting watershed systems."

Naturally Fermented Persimmon Vinegar The vinegar retails for $18.99 per 12.7 fluid-ounce bottle and is crafted from California-grown persimmons. The company describes it as "naturally rich in antioxidants" and positioned as an alternative to apple cider vinegar. It "balances delicate sweetness with tangy acidity," the company states, and is suitable for salads, marinades, tonics, and cocktails.

Availability Both products are available at Erewhon, Thrive Market, and directly through FigureAteFoods.com, with store locators available on the company website.
