Kraft Natural Cheese is giving consumers an early glimpse of three new flavors planned for retail expansion in January 2027 through Pocket Parm, a limited-edition experiential marketing campaign launching this month.

The Activation Pocket Parm deploys a custom mobile billboard truck to Los Angeles and Orlando, distributing mini bottles of Kraft Grated Parmesan designed to clip onto bags. The truck debuts in Los Angeles today, October 13, before heading to Orlando the week of October 26, with quantities available while supplies last.

The New Flavors The three new offerings coming to retail in January 2027 are Tomato Basil Parmesan, Garlic Herb Parmesan, and Grated Cheddar. Pocket Parm itself is a limited-edition promotional item and will not be sold in stores.

Why It Matters

The activation marks Kraft's strategy to build consumer awareness for new cheese flavors ahead of a planned retail rollout, testing flavor reception through experiential marketing rather than traditional sampling. The three new offerings represent an expansion of Kraft's grated cheese portfolio beyond its core Parmesan line.
