Oatly has released three new oatmilk products aimed at consumers seeking café-style beverages for home preparation: Popcorn Barista Edition, Churros Barista Edition, and Matcha Latte.

Product Details The Popcorn Barista Edition delivers movie-theater popcorn flavor in a formulation designed to foam, steam, and blend for use in iced coffee, lattes, or cereal. The Churros Barista Edition offers cinnamon-sugar notes for iced coffee, lattes, smoothies, and overnight oats. The Matcha Latte is a ready-to-drink product made with real matcha and vanilla, requiring no whisking—consumers simply shake and pour over ice. All three products are dairy-free, gluten-free, nut-free, non-GMO, and Kosher Pareve.

Retail Availability The products are now available at major U.S. retailers.

Kroger and Albertsons carry the Churros Barista and Matcha Latte editions. Raley's stocks all three flavors: Popcorn Barista, Churros Barista, and Matcha Latte.

Why It Matters

The launch reflects sustained consumer interest in at-home café beverages and specialty flavors.

Oatly's expansion into novelty flavor profiles—particularly savory (popcorn) and dessert-adjacent (churros) options—represents a departure from conventional oatmilk positioning and tests consumer appetite for unconventional dairy-alternative pairings in coffee and beverage applications.
