Giadzy, the e-commerce platform founded by chef Giada De Laurentiis, has launched its gluten-free pasta line across Sprouts Farmers Market's 480 locations nationwide—marking the brand's first partnership with a national retail chain.
Product Details The pasta is manufactured in Lombardy's Po River Valley using Italian-grown, non-GMO corn and rice flours and mountain spring water. Production occurs in a dedicated gluten-free facility, with pasta slowly air-dried using traditional techniques. The lineup contains no emulsifiers, preservatives, or additives. Four shapes are available: Caserecce, Mezzi Rigatoni, Stelline, and Taccole Corte—designed for everyday dishes, soups, and baked meals.
Why It Matters
The placement signals Giadzy's shift from direct-to-consumer to mainstream retail distribution.
For Sprouts, it adds a branded, premium gluten-free option to a category where consumer demand continues to grow beyond celiac-diagnosed shoppers. Operators and retailers watch such partnerships as indicators of e-commerce brands' readiness to scale through traditional channels.
