De'Longhi has launched two new editions of its Classic Espresso Machine, extending the product line introduced last year with finishes and price points aimed at different retail channels and consumer segments.

Pricing and Distribution The Classic Matte Black model will retail at $149.95 through open-market distribution across the U.S., while the Classic Stainless Steel variant launches at $179.95 in the U.S. and $229.95 in Canada. The stainless steel version will be available initially on Amazon U.S. and delonghi.com.

Feature Specifications Both models feature 9-bar extraction pressure, fast thermoblock heating, preset espresso recipes, and an intuitive control interface. The Matte Black includes a stainless steel steam wand, while the Stainless Steel model offers a 2-setting steam wand for greater control over milk-based beverages. The machines support espresso, lattes, cappuccinos, americanos, iced lattes, and espresso-based cocktails. Each unit ships with included accessories for immediate use and is designed with a compact footprint suitable for standard kitchen countertops.

Why It Matters

Home espresso machines remain a growing segment in small appliances, with price-sensitive consumers increasingly seeking café-quality equipment at sub-$200 price points. De'Longhi's dual-finish strategy addresses both open retail and direct-to-consumer channels, allowing the brand to capture volume across distribution modes while maintaining price discipline.
