Conagra Brings Peanuts Characters to Baking and Cocoa Aisles Conagra Brands is rolling out a collection of licensed Peanuts-themed products across two of its major brands—Duncan Hines and Swiss Miss—beginning this month through the end of the holiday season. The partnership marks the first significant co-branded effort between the 75-year-old comic strip and Conagra's baking and hot cocoa lines. The Duncan Hines assortment includes six limited-edition baking mixes and kits, each tied to a Peanuts character. Products range from Charlie Brown-ie Blondie Bar Mix ($2.49–$5.49) to the Snoopy Crinkle Cookie Mix, Great Pumpkin Bundt Cake & Glaze Mix, Snoopy Skate Yellow Cupcake Mix, Peppermint Patty Brownie Mix, and a Snowball Cookie Kit. All products will be available through the end of the holiday season, with new seasonal offerings planned for 2027.
Swiss Miss Adds Collectible Gift Sets Swiss Miss is offering four product formats: a 4-Pack Hot Cocoa Box Set with milk chocolate, dark chocolate, peppermint, and marshmallow flavors ($9.99); a Collectible Milk Chocolate Hot Cocoa Tin in a canister ($5.99); single-serve Hot Cocoa Ornaments featuring milk chocolate or marshmallow varieties ($1.79); and peppermint-flavored six-packs with Peanuts packaging ($3.29). "Peanuts, Duncan Hines and Swiss Miss all share the ability to connect with generations of fans," said Erik Sword, VP/GM at Conagra Brands. "We're excited for our great brands to partner with Peanuts to feature the timeless charm of Snoopy, Charlie Brown and friends. Whether you're baking with family or enjoying a cozy cocoa break, these new offerings will deliver warm treats and warm smiles." Scott Shillet, VP Global Licensing for Peanuts, added: "Peanuts is synonymous with the holiday season bringing friends and families together for over 75 years. We are thrilled to continue that tradition with these new Duncan Hines and Swiss Miss collections, which are sure to bring joy to Peanuts fans of all ages while they indulge in some holiday treats."
Why It Matters
For retailers and operators, the Peanuts collection represents a controlled seasonal play in the baking-mix and hot-cocoa categories—two staple impulse buys during Q4. The product mix spans gifting (tins, ornaments, box sets) and at-home consumption, covering both premium and value-tier price points, which broadens distribution across conventional grocery, mass, and club channels.
