Greek Yogurt Crust Targets Protein-Seeking Consumers Caulipower is introducing a High Protein Supreme Pizza featuring a Greek yogurt and cauliflower crust—a first-of-its-kind formulation for the brand. Each pizza delivers 42 grams of protein and 6 grams of fiber, achieved without protein powders, artificial flavors, or preservatives. The product is naturally gluten-free. The pizza pairs the high-protein crust with Italian sausage, uncured pepperoni, vegetables, and mozzarella. It will hit Walmart shelves nationwide in August 2026, with additional retailers coming soon.

Fall Limited Edition Bows at Whole Foods Caulipower is also rolling out a seasonal offering: the Autumn Squash & Chili Crisp Pizza, available exclusively at Whole Foods Market from September 2 through November 3, 2026. The limited-time pizza tops the brand's signature thin-and-crispy cauliflower crust with roasted autumn squash, shaved Brussels sprouts, creamy white sauce, mozzarella, chili crisp, and savory cheeses. "At CAULIPOWER, our job is to keep raising the bar for convenient offerings through meaningful innovation," said Gail Becker, Founder of Caulipower. "And these latest innovations do precisely that—from a first-of-its-kind high-protein pizza crust combining the protein of Greek yogurt with the power of veggies to a limited-edition pizza just for fall. Together, they represent the next chapter in our mission to reinvent comfort food for the way people eat today."

Market Position Caulipower holds the #1 position in both the cauliflower crust pizza and gluten-free pizza categories in the U.S. The brand, founded in 2017 by Gail Becker, has expanded its portfolio to include stone-fired pizzas, cauliflower-and-chickpea-coated chicken, baked pizza bites, and single-serve meals. The company's products are available in approximately 25,000 stores nationwide.

Why It Matters

The high-protein frozen pizza segment continues to attract consumer interest as health-conscious eating intersects with convenience. Caulipower's use of Greek yogurt as a protein source—rather than protein isolates or powders—positions the product for consumers seeking whole-food, minimally processed options in the freezer aisle.
